OUR AGREEMENT

Before we start, a bit of legal jargon; Skatic.com is referred to from herein as "we", "us" and "our" while the visitors and users of the site will be referred to as "you" or "your".

We hate small print as much as the next person, so we tried to keep this short and simple. It is purposefully displayed in a big font (so please go through it). Our terms and conditions revolve around one main thing: We respect everyone's rights and hope that you will do the same.

THE AGREEMENT FROM YOUR SIDE IS...

To provide us, to the best of your ability, accurate information when subscribing to the site. Please do not create fake profiles - we will take down any we come across.
To respect others' rights and refrain from posting content or material (including messages and internal emails) that
1. defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of other users or any third parties;
2. distributes or disseminates any defamatory, or unlawful material or information;
3. contains viruses, corrupt files or any other similar software or programme(s) that may damage the operation of the Website Owner's and/or a third party's computer system and/or network;
4. violates any international copyright and/or trade mark laws or the intellectual property rights of the Website Owner or any other third party (this includes posting tracks, images, and videos that you do not have permission to use);
5. contains marketing and/or promotional material which is intended to solicit business (no spam, please);
6. hinders normal function of the website and/or normal interaction of/with users;

and if any of the above should occur, the content and material in question will be removed and you may be excluded from the use of the site again...

AND FROM OUR SIDE WE AGREE THAT...

We and our contributors will, to the best of our ability, be as accurate as possible with the information shown on the site. We will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies in the site.

Any information collected from you will not be shared with any third parties. However, we cannot guarantee that any information you disclose in your public profile(s) will not be used by other parties.

We do not claim any ownership rights on any content you submit. You will retain such rights, subject to the limited license. However, you grant us the right to use your material within our site and through our embeddable media player. We will never sell or distribute your content outside of the site and Skatic.com's embeddable media player without your permission...

The license you provide Skatic is global, non-exclusive (you are free to license your content to anyone else), fully paid, and royalty free (i.e. we do not have to pay you for the use of your material within our site or embeddable media player).

The trade marks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trade marks") displayed on this website are registered and unregistered trade marks of Skatic.com. Nothing contained or displayed on this website should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trade mark without our prior permission.

LIMITED LIABILITY

We shall not be responsible and disclaim all liability for any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may be suffered by you or any third party (including your company), as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, any information contained on the website, you or your company's personal information or material and information transmitted over our systems.
